Financial Crisis in USA and China 2008, 2009. 2010
Both the People's Republic of China (please read below)  and the  USA will go through major financial crises during 2008, 2009 and 2010. The USA financial crisis could develop in the greatest economic depression in 100 years.


Background
On 1 October 1949, a massive ceremony took place in Tiananmen Square in Beijing, China. Witnessed by 300,000 people, Chairman Mao Zedong solemnly proclaimed the formal establishment of the People's Republic of China.

Catastrophic Mistakes Made between 1998  and 2008

Only in hindsight will it be seen that massive mistakes were made in the People’s Republic of China between 1998 and 2008, as Neptune slowing transited through the People’s Republic of China Ascendant and 1st House. One of the greatest mistakes will be the building of the Three Gorges Dam, China’s attempt to control water (Neptune transiting through the PRC Ascendant and 1st house). Massive environmental damage was also caused and covered up in this time (Neptune Ascendant). The environmental consequences of the Three Gorges Dam, together with other environmental damage,  may well be catastrophic. I also believe China’s so called “economic miracle” of the past ten years is NOT built on a solid foundation.

1. Transiting Saturn entering People’s Republic of China 8th House (December 2007).

Saturn will transit through the People’s Republic of China 8th house for about 2­½ years beginning in December 2007. The Chinese economy will go backwards in this time, and a financial crisis will develop. There is every chance foreign investors will begin taking quite large sums of investment capital out of China. Further economic reforms will be necessary. It will come to light that way too much money has been spent on preparations for the 2008 Olympic Games. During this time, an "out of control" Chinese government may well induce a massive depression in the USA, which I have predicted for 2008, 2009 and 2010, by withdrawing massive sums of money.

2. Transiting Pluto entering People’s Republic of China 12th house (2010 and 2011).

Pluto will transit through the People’s Republic of China 12th house from 2010 till around 2023. The first few years will bring unimaginable hardships on a massive scale to the People’s Republic of China. The country will find itself on the brink of exhaustion, both physically and spiritually, due to working too much and because of over-commitments made in the past.

It’s difficult to be specific but things like a severe famine, serious infectious diseases breaking out (possibly influenza, SARS or HIV Aids?) on a large scale, or possibly massive flooding come to mind. It is not out of the question that millions of Chinese will die as a result.  It has happened many times before!

Major environmental damage has been, and is being done, on an unimaginable scale in China, the World Health Organization stating in 1998 that China had seven of the top ten most polluted cities on Earth. In November 2005, the water supply of Harbin city was cut off because of high levels of benzene in the Songhua River. Regional government officials tried to cover up the catastrophe. So there is every chance of massive chemical pollution killing many millions of Chinese.

3. Transiting Neptune square People’s Republic of China Midheaven (2008 and 2009) and 135 degrees to People’s Republic of China Sun (mid 2007 to mid 2009).  

The Chinese Government (PRC Midheaven or 10th house) will be “out of control”, lacking direction,  making poor decisions and losing touch with reality (Neptune) in 2008 and 2009.
The Chinese leadership (PRC Sun) demotivated, “out of control” and making bad decisions (Neptune) between mid 2007 and mid 2009.         


RECTIFICATION OF THE PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC OF CHINA HOROSCOPE  
                                 
As an astrologer, I have been rectifying horoscopes (calculating the birth time) for over 20 years. It is a long and complex process which most astrologers avoid, because it is simply too difficult. The actual birthday of a country is often in dispute. For example, is Australia’s birthday when it was discovered by Captain James Cook, when it was first settled on 26 Jan 1788 or when it was proclaimed as “Australia” on 1 January 1901, etc.?

There is little point in making predictions about a country, or a client for that matter, if suspect  birth data (day, month, year, time, place) is used.

My rectification work which follows clearly shows and verifies the People’s Republic of China’s (PRC) horoscope or birth chart as 01 October 1949, 15:01, Beijing, China.


1.  China enters the Korean War (25 October 1950).

Transiting Neptune crosses into the People’s Republic of China 9th house in October 1950.  “Out of control” (Neptune) situation with foreign countries (PRC 9th house).
Transiting Neptune opposition People’s Republic of China Node. Flawed (Neptune) foreign relations (Node).

Transiting Uranus square People’s Republic of China Sun in 7th house. Sudden outbreak of conflict (Uranus) with foreign countries leading to war (PRC Sun in 7th house).


2. 30 million Chinese die of starvation (1959-1961)

Transiting Saturn enters People’s Republic of China 12th house (February 1959). Saturn entering the 12th house is best described as “entering a cemetery”, with many deaths of close relatives and friends and one’s own health seriously under threat.
Transiting Pluto enters People’s Republic of China 8th house (November 1959). Bankruptcy of the State. Planet of death (Pluto) entering the 8th house of death. This is striking evidence of the accuracy of the People’s Republic of China Horoscope I am using!

 

3. First nuclear test by the People’s Republic of China (16 October 1964)

Transiting Pluto conjunct People’s Republic of China Saturn (September 1963 to September 1964).  Violence, the mass murderer aspect (Pluto Saturn) is dramatically shown.
Transiting Jupiter conjunct People’s Republic of China 4th house. The self-worth of the Chinese people (4th house) swells with confidence (Jupiter).

 

4. The Cultural Revolution begins. Red Guards create anarchy and chaos in the People’s Republic of China (1966-68)

Transiting Uranus and Pluto 135 degrees to People’s Republic of China Ascendant (January 1965 to June 1966).  Brutal force (Uranus Pluto) inflicted on the nation (PRC Ascendant).
Transiting Uranus and Pluto 135 degrees to People’s Republic of China Moon (1966). Brutal force (Uranus Pluto) inflicted on the Chinese people (PRC Moon) causing fear (Uranus Moon) and emotional shock (Pluto Moon.
Transiting Neptune conjunct People’s Republic of China Venus (January 1965 to August 1966). Completely senseless and wanton destruction undermining (Neptune) self worth (Venus rules PRC 4th house) and love (Venus) in China.
Transiting Neptune conjunct People’s Republic of China Midheaven (10th house cusp) (July 1967 to August 1968 and six months either side of this time).  Between 1966 and 1976, the population growth exploded, the rule of Law and  schools and universities became almost non functional, and stagnation hit the economy. A government and leadership (10th house) completely “out of control”. Neptune took ten years to go through the PRC 10th house, and during this time chaos (Neptune) ruled in China. This is simply stunning evidence of the accuracy of the People’s Republic of China Horoscope I am using!

 

5. People’s Republic of China joins United Nations (25 October 1971)

Transiting Uranus enters People’s Republic of China 9th house (mid November 1971). Suddenly (Uranus) the People’s Republic of China is admitted to join the nations (9th house) of the world at the UN, and take the place of Nationalist China (Taiwan) on the security council.  Again, stunning confirmation of the accuracy of the People’s Republic of China Horoscope I am using!


6. The Father of the People’s Republic of China, Mao Zedong, dies (9 September 1976)

Transiting Neptune enters People’s Republic of China 11th house (March 1976 to August 1977). The demise (Neptune) of the “father of China” (11th house cusp). Again, striking evidence of the accuracy of the People’s Republic of China Horoscope I am using!
Transiting Neptune square People’s Republic of China Saturn (January to November 1976). Overwhelming grief (Saturn Neptune) of the Chinese people. Also in July 1976, an earthquake in Hebai Province killed 270 000 people!

 

7. Diplomatic relations established with USA (1 January 1979).

Transiting Jupiter conjunct People’s Republic of China 7th house (August 1978 to May 1979). Diplomatic relations (PRC 7th house) established (Jupiter) with the superpower USA.
Transiting Uranus square People’s Republic of China Pluto (November 1978 to September 1979). Immense effort (Uranus Pluto) bringing about massive diplomatic relations (PRC Pluto in 7th house) change.
Transiting Uranus conjunct People’s Republic of China Venus (January to October 1979). Self worth of Chinese people (PRC Venus rules PRC 4th house) suddenly (Uranus) changes.

 

8. Tiananmen Square Massacre (4 June 1989)

Transiting Uranus enters People’s Republic of China 12th house (March 1989).
Transiting Saturn enters People’s Republic of China 12th house (December 1987) for the next two years.  The last time transiting Saturn entered the People’s Republic of China 12th house in February 1959, some 30 million Chinese starved to death. This time a massive crackdown against the Democracy movement took place in Tiananmen Square and throughout China. Sudden assault (Uranus) on Democracy (PRC 12th house).
Transiting Pluto square People’s Republic of China Mars (December 1988 to August 1990). A brutal suppression (Pluto Mars) of the Democracy movement.

 

9. Deng Xiaoping accelerates reforms to establish a "socialist market economy" (1992).  The Three Gorges Dam Authority formed (January 1993).

Transiting Pluto conjunct People’s Republic of China Midheaven (10th house cusp) (1992 and 1993). The Chinese government (PRC 10th house) makes radical (Pluto) reforms possible, with State-owned enterprises restructured or closed. Pluto remained in the PRC
10th house until 2001. In this time China surged ahead into the modern world. Again, stunning evidence of the accuracy of the People’s Republic of China Horoscope I am using!

10. Transiting Uranus conjunct People’s Republic of China Ascendant (1996)

China acquires missile technology from two USA companies, Hughes and Lorel. The structure of the Internet in China rapidly expanded and a connection with the USA was established. Suddenly (Uranus) China acquires missile technology and the Internet (both ruled by Uranus).

 

11.Transiting Neptune conjunct People’s Republic of China Ascendant (Apr 1998 to 1999)

In 1998, the worst flooding in the People’s Republic of China in years occurred with 230 million people affected. Massive flooding (Neptune rules water!) in China (PRC Ascendant, the environment).
Also in 1998,  the World Health Organization stated that China had seven of the top ten most polluted cities on Earth. Massive pollution (Neptune) issues begin to surface for China (PRC Ascendant).
In 1999, Falon Gong was declared illegal and a threat to national security. China trying to control religion (Neptune).
