Israel became into being on 14 May 1948. Tel Aviv. The time I am usiing is 4:06pm, EET.

Between 21 July and 17 October 2006 transiting Pluto in Sagittarius will be opposition the Israeli Uranus in its 9th house of foreign countries. This is scarey! With the two mighty energy planets opposing each other, this may well see Israel still at war between July and October 2006, “holding a gun at its enemies’ heads”. 

Iran

During January, July and November 2006 transiting Pluto in Sagittarius will be square the Iranian Mars in Pisces. This shows Iran’s potential to go to war in the second half of 2006, the rise of nationalism and developing unusual power (nuclear power).

To show how potentially serious a Pluto square Mars is, consider the following:
(a) When transiting Pluto made a 45⁰ aspect (similar to the square above) to the USA Mars in 1941 the USA entered World War II!

With Iran being in a warlike mood at the same time Israel is showing the same characteristics, a war beween Israel and Iran in the second half of 2006 cannot be ruled out of the question. 

Don’t ever underestimate the brutal and ruthless way in which Israel deals with the Arabs. The Israeli horoscope has a Saturn Pluto conjunction, the astrological energy of a “mass murderer”. This description was correctly explained by Reinhold Ebertin, a German Jew, in his classic astrological work The Combination of Stellar Influences. The Saturn Pluto conjunction is arguably the most destructive of all astrological combinations of planets. To back up this claim is simple. Israel has a nuclear arsenal, the ultimate weapons of mass destruction. Israel developed its nuclear weaponry itself, in the most secretive way. Annihilation and nuclear power are ruled by Pluto. Science and brutality are ruled by Saturn. The warning should be clear, if you mess with Israel you will simply be annihilated without any thought for your fate at all.

Over the last 30 years I have been observing Israel’s behaviour very closely. Israel does not want peace with the Arabs. The Israeli Saturn conjunct Pluto is very secretive and very harsh in its assessment and treatment of others.

Summary: Saturn and Pluto (brutality, mass violence) aspecting the Israeli Venus. A War (Saturn, Pluto) from a foreign country (9th house Venus) causing death (Venus rules 8th house).  

During the 1970s, the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) launched intermittent attacks against Israeli civilians and military posts from Lebanon. The Israelis retaliated from time to time. On 15 March 1978 after a bus hijacking, Israel launched a major six-day military assault into South Lebanon, striking at PLO terrorist bases south of the Litani River. Israeli troops withdrew from Lebanon in June, replaced by a UN peace-keeping force. A buffer zone was established in southern Lebanon free of terrorists. The cross-border cycle of attack and retaliation continued as the PLO expanded its military operations in Lebanon. Finally, Israel invaded Lebanon in 1982.

Transiting Mars (Feb-Mar 1978) in Cancer conjunct the Israeli MC and square the Israeli Ascendant. Mars the God of war sat for two months “in Israel’s face”.

Transiting Uranus (all Feb till mid Mar 1978) in Scorpio square the Israeli Saturn in the 9th house. Uranus Saturn transits mean conflict, a build up of strong tension coming from a foreign country (9th house Uranus) for six weeks. Great pressure on the Israeli government (Saturn in 10th house) and families (Saturn rules 4th house).

Transiting Saturn (25 Sep 1977, 8 Mar, 12 Jun 1978) in Leo semi square the Israeli Neptune in 12th house. The Saturn Neptune transit means great emotional depression for Israelis caused through the deaths and suffering (12th house) of their people.

On 7 June 1981 Israel attacked and destroyed the Iraqi nuclear reactor at Osiraq.

Clearly Israel felt threatened by Iraq’s nuclear potential, but even more so, wanted to make it clear to the Arabs that she would the only nuclear power in the Middle East!

Israel invaded Lebanon on 4 June 1982. It had withdrawn from most of Lebanon by 1986, although it retained a buffer zone there until May 2000.

7. Israel invades Lebanon, 1993

On 25 July 1993 Israel launched its biggest military assault on Lebanon since the 1982 invasion. A ceasefire was made on 31 July. Around 500,000 people were driven from their homes. The bombings were even more intense and destructive than the 1978 and 1982 Israeli invasions. An Israeli Army spokesperson said that "70 percent of the village of Jibshit is totally destroyed, its inhabitants will not recognize it." The "security zone" is a region of southern Lebanon that Israel has occupied in one or another form since its 1978 invasion.

Once again a major aspect between the “death axis” planets, as Israel went to war.

Transiting Pluto (1 Jun to 30 Sep 1993) in Scorpio opposition the Israeli Sun in 8th house. Overwhelming power (Pluto) forcing (opposition) the Israeli government (Sun) into action. Death (8th house Sun) of many Israelis.

Transiting Saturn (4 Mar, stationary 14 Oct to 10 Nov 1993) in Aquarius square the Israeli Sun in 8th house. Serious (Saturn) pressure (opposition) on the Israeli government (Sun) caused by Israeli army deaths (8th house Sun).

Combining transiting Saturn and transiting Pluto, both aspecting the Israeli Sun, we have a grave situation, indeed mass murder (Saturn Pluto) staring the Israeli government (the Sun) in the face. 

Transiting Saturn in Aquarius square transiting Pluto in Scorpio, both 45 and 135 degrees respectively from the Israeli Neptune (Mar, Oct 1993). Saturn Pluto and Neptune combined makes for “shattered nerves, lies and immorality” according to Ebertin. I believe it means deep depression (of the Israeli people). 

Summary: Saturn and Pluto (mass murderer) aspects to the Israeli Sun (the government) shows the decision to invade Lebanon, and many deaths (Sun in 8th house). Once again, Saturn aspecting Mars (the “death axis”). Saturn and Pluto aspecting the Israeli Neptune shows deep depression of the Israelis.   

On 28 Jun 2006 Israel launched an ongoing offensive on the Gaza Strip 28 after an Israeli soldier was abducted. Then on 12 July 2006, the Israeli Cabinet authorized “severe and harsh” retaliation on Lebanon after Hezbollah guerillas kidnapped two soldiers and killed three others in a cross-border raid. Concern is the situation on Israel's northern border will escalate to the level it has reached in Gaza. Israel called the abductions an act of war. Hezbollah, backed by Syria and Iran, is considered a terrorist organization by the United States and Israel. The group holds posts in Lebanon's government.

Transiting Saturn in Scorpio made a 135 degree (sesqui quadrate) to transiting Pluto on 29 Jun 2006. This Saturn Pluto aspect occurred just 45 minutes from the Israeli Uranus in 9th house. Combining Saturn Pluto and Uranus makes for sudden (Uranus) acts of brutality or mass murder (Saturn Pluto) against a foreign country (9th house).

Transiting Mars (24 Jun 2006) in Leo conjunct the Israeli Pluto. Combining Mars (the god of war) and incredible power (Pluto) you get violence (war).

Transiting Saturn in Leo (20 Jul 2006) conjunct the Israeli Pluto. Saturn Pluto combined means violence, mass murder (warfare). I think Israel will still be at war! At this time the international community may be turning against Israel.

Transiting Pluto in Sagittarius (21 Jul to 17 Oct 2006) opposition the Israeli Uranus in 9th house (foreign countries). This is scarey! Background to the Israel, Palestine, Lebanon conflict

The 1978 invasion into Lebanon killed several thousand people and drove hundreds of thousands to the north. The southern region was left under the control of Major Haddad's militia. Haddad's forces committed many atrocities, such as slaughtering the remaining inhabitants of the Lebanese town of Khiam. Khiam’s population had been reduced from 30,000 by Israeli bombing in earlier years. During its 1982 invasion, Israel selected Khiam as the site of its notorious Ansar I prison camp where hideous conditions and savage torture reigned.

Diplomats and UN officials in Beirut estimated 3,500 people, plus unknown numbers of Palestinians, were killed in Israeli raids in the early 1970s. Hundreds of thousands fled from southern Lebanon in what was a scorched earth policy enacted with US support and equipment. PLO actions, some of them atrocious acts of terror, took a vastly lesser toll.

In February 1973, Israeli forces attacked Tripoli in northern Lebanon, killing 31 people (mainly civilians). In December 1975, Israeli warplanes bombed and strafed Palestinian refugee camps and nearby villages, killing over 50 people. Israeli officials stressed the action had been “preventive, not punitive”, wrote the New York Times. Two days earlier  the United Nations had tried to get a Palestinian state recognized, but this had been angrily denounced by Israel and vetoed by the US. Nabatiye became a frequent target. By 1978, its population of 60,000 had been reduced to 5,000, the Jerusalem Post reported. As PLO cross-border terror declined in the mid-1970s, Israel intensified its own terror in Lebanon, with US compliance and media silence. Almost a 1000 civilians were killed during Israeli attacks in 1978-79. In July 1981, Israel once again violated a cease-fire, attacking civilian targets in Lebanon. Palestinian retaliation elicited heavy Israeli bombing. 450 Arabs were reported killed. After mid-1981 the PLO adhered to the cease-fire rigorously. Meanwhile, Israel tried to provoke the PLO with continual violations: bombing civilians, sinking fishing boats, constantly violating Lebanese air space. Israel needed a pretext for the planned invasion.

In the end, Israel made up a pretext for its 1982 invasion of Lebanon, claiming it was in retaliation for an attempt to assassinate the Israeli Ambassador to London. Israel knew the terrorist Abu Nidal organization, that had been at war with the PLO for years, had been responsible. I did not even have an office in Lebanon.

Israel’s 1982 invasion of Lebanon killed around 20,000 Lebanese and Palestinians. The overwhelming majority of them were civilians. Much of southern Lebanon and the capital city of Beirut was destroyed. The reason for the 1982 invasion, explained leading Israeli academic Yehoshua Porath, “flowed from the very fact that the cease-fire had been observed” by the PLO, a “veritable catastrophe” for the Israeli government because it endangered the policy of evading a political settlement (a Palestinian State). The PLO was gaining respectability thanks to its preference for negotiations over terror. The Israeli invasion was to force the PLO to “return to terrorism and so block the PLO peace offensive and stop its rise to political respectability. US policy has been to deny the national rights of Palestinians, not Jews.
